DISTRICT FEM

Periods aren't optional, access to menstrual products is critical

District FEM was started by two high school juniors at Woodrow Wilson High School in Washington DC. We hold donation drives to collect menstrual products and cash donations. We then donate the menstrual products to community members who may not otherwise have access to them. Cash donations are utilized to purchase more products to then donate. We have donated to Harriet Tubman Women's Shelter, DC Public Schools, Woodrow Wilson High School, and Thrive DC. We have a venmo account as well, @DISTRICTFEM. For more inquiries, please email wilsonstudentfem@gmail.com or message @districtfem on Instagram.

We donated over 5,000 pads and tampons to District of Columbia Public High Schools for students in need on March 3rd, 2021.
